For those who are interested, you can listen to a recording of my talk at the Toadstool Bookstore on Oct 17th, 2015 about my novel-in-progress, Other Wise.
Click here to Listen to talk
This hour-long presentation includes:
30 minutes – me talking about my background, the inspiration for the book, and why I believe it is relevant
20 minutes – me reading chapter fourteen from the first draft
10 minutes of questions and discussion.
The last six or seven minutes is just the crowd talking afterwards. (I forgot to turn off the recorder, so you can skip that part!)
You will have to install dropbox, a free app, to your computer in order to open this file.
In the talk I slightly exaggerated a quote, so I am including the exact reference here:
“Schizophrenia…is 10 to 100 times more common in the United States and Europe than in most Third World countries” where the disorder is treated little, if at all.

The first draft of Other Wise is contained in these handwritten volumes. Please support me in editing and publishing the book by donating to my crowdfunding campaign.
Thank you for you interest. Feedback welcome 🙂
